A major part of my philosophy is to offer convenience for athletes and their families. We are open to working out at any location suitable for athletic training. If you have a park or school near you, we can pursue using that as our location. We mainly workout at Brebeuf High School because they have given us permission to use their facilities for our home base.

Brebeuf has given us permission to use their facilities for a major convenience factor for their athletes. We have full access to all their facilities and equipment. They provide a top of the line facility and equipment to maximize our improvement opportunities.
