A Bit About Me
Hi, my name is Kyle Koehne. I graduated from Cathedral High School in Indianapolis, Indiana. I played varsity football and basketball for three years. Eventually, I worked hard enough to earn many outstanding awards and play Division 1 football for the University of Florida. I played for some exceptional coaches in my career, but in high school is where I discovered my fundamental beliefs.. To Take Care Of My Buddies.. This is how I prepare and plan for all of my athletes that I am privileged to train. I want to make sure my athletes are trained with a full scope of training methods. Therefore, I created a program for Trained in the Trenches to help accomplish an athlete's goal(s).
